And yes, the sick Powers That Be do cause severe weather of all sorts on purpose. This is one of the main uses of chemtrails, as the metallic particles are then subject to steering by these electromagnetic and scalar pulses. That have many facilities similar to the large HAARP array in Alaska around the world, as well as in space, and relay or other types of emanaters spread throughout the US and the world, including floating at sea.
