Composite Risk Management was developed by United States Army and overseen by the U.S. Army Combat Readiness and Safety Center, to identify the risks that soldiers might encounter on and off duty, and to implement measures to lessen those risks. Owing towards the prevalence of accidents whilst soldiers are off-duty, composite risk management is employed to make certain the safety of these soldiers and avoid accidents from occurring as a result of behaviors that encourage those risks.
