Homeowners in Western Pennsylvania will be able to save some green while going green, thanks to a new partnership between Legacy Remodeling, Inc. and the Home Performance Network. Through the program, the Pittsburgh-based remodeling company will be on-site arranging consultations for energy audits at Sam?s Club stores in the Western Pennsylvania area in a series of road shows throughout the year.
The Home Performance Network (HPN) is a national organization that certifies home improvement companies in home energy efficiency and helps homeowners in the struggle against rising energy costs. Legacy Remodeling, Western Pennsylvania?s largest specialty remodeler, will aid homeowners by conducting energy audits and suggesting cost-effective solutions such as proper insulation and windows.
Visitors to area Sam?s Club stores will be able to talk to representatives from Legacy Remodeling about ways they can save on their energy bills and live a ?greener? lifestyle by making energy efficient improvements to their homes. They can also register for complimentary home energy audits in which an expert will visit their home and present recommendations for saving energy.
?Legacy Remodeling is pleased to join a respected organization like the Home Performance Network that shares our mission of helping consumers improve their homes? energy efficiency,? said Legacy Remodeling President Jeff Moeslein. ?This is just another step in our effort to help homeowners in Western Pennsylvania save energy and lower bills through cost-effective home improvements.?
Road show stops will include the Sam?s Club stores in Washington, Mt. Nebo, West Mifflin, Tarentum, Butler, and Monroeville. Each show will last a total of two weeks, during which Legacy Remodeling will be on-site at the store to arrange complimentary energy audits for interested homeowners. For information on upcoming HPN road shows in the Pittsburgh area, interested persons can visit the events page at Legacy Remodeling?s website.
Legacy Remodeling was founded by Ken Moeslein in 1987. Voted one of the top 50 Remodelers in the U.S., Legacy specializes in exterior remodeling and design build projects.
