Michael Lohan will have some time to recover from jumping from the roof of a motel earlier in the week. He'll just have to do it in jail.A judge in Hillsborough County, Fla., denied bail to Lindsay Lohan's dad in a hearing Saturday morning (Oct. 29), Tampa Bay Online reports. That would be on his second arrest of the week, all stemming from a domestic-violence case involving his sometime girlfriend, former tabloid reporter/alleged Jon Gosselin paramour Kate Major.
To review: The 51-year-old Lohan was first booked Tuesday on suspicion of battery after Major told police Lohan grabbed her arms and pushed her, knocking her over. He posted $5,000 bail and was released.
Lohan was arretsed again Wednesday after allegedly calling Major, in violation of a restraining order given after the initial arrest. He then tried to elude police by jumping from the roof of the three-story Tahitian Inn in Tampa. He spent a couple days in a hospital for treatment of a foot injury, then was transferred to the Hillsborough County Jail on Friday.
Major attended the bail hearing and replied, "Absolutely," when Judge Denise Pomponio asked if she thought Lohan posed a threat to her.
