Though it is important for employers to provide their employees with a good working atmosphere, employees need to do their part as well.
By performing every task to the best of their ability, following office rules and staying focused, employees can help boost productivity. Going to work with an 'I can, and will' attitude is something that each employee should do each day. When it comes to learning how to increase productivity in the office, the responsibilities fall on both the employer and employees.
